Pet homes are required to sign a spay/neuter contract, and the puppy/dog must be spayed or neutered by 26 months old. 

Show homes: Show homes are required to sign a contract stating they will obtain a title (either conformation or performance) as well as fully health test including final OFAs prior to breeding their dog. I will stay on as co owner on paperwork until all conditions are met. Once all terms and conditions are met, I will sign my name off of their papers

Guardian homes: Puppies on guardian contracts require a $500 deposit to be placed before pick up. Guardian homes are responsible for providing the dog with daily needs such as shelter, food, exercise, grooming, and any illness/accident vet bills that occur under a guardian’s care. We will pay yearly vaccination and vet bills for breeding services. If local, we will groom the dog free of charge on appropriate schedule fit to the dog’s coat needs. Males on guardian contracts must be available to stud at any given time needed. Females will come back to breeder 1 week before due date and will stay with breeder until puppies are weaned and find their homes.
