Pet homes are required to sign a spay/neuter contract, and the puppy/dog must be spayed or neutered by 26 months old. 

Show homes: Show homes are required to sign a contract stating they will obtain a title (either conformation or performance) as well as fully health test including final OFAs prior to breeding their dog. I will stay on as co owner on paperwork until all conditions are met. Once all terms and conditions are met, I will sign my name off of their papers

Guardian homes: Puppies on guardian contracts require a $500 deposit to be placed before pick up. Guardian homes are responsible for providing the dog with daily needs such as shelter, food, exercise, grooming, and any illness/accident vet bills that occur under a guardian’s care. We will pay yearly vaccination and vet bills for breeding services. If local, we will groom the dog weekly/biweekly. If not local, the guardian home is responsible for finding a groomer in their area. Guardian homes are to bring the dog back to the breeder for breeding and again for whelping/puppy raising (if a female). Females go back to the guardian by the time puppies are 10 weeks old. If a guardian to males, males will be kept a few days at a time when studding out. If guardian dogs are to be shown by the breeder, we will send out schedules to make sure all shown will attend. Guardians are also allowed to show conformation or performance with their dogs if they choose to. Dogs in guardian programs will retired at the age of 5 or 6 years old on average. Once they retire, they will be fixed and all rights signed over to the guardians. Deposits will also be returned to guardians once contract is completed and dogs are fixed. The benefit for these programs is we can continue breeding quality poodles while blessing someone with a quality poodle of their own at no charge!
